Call or email us and we will send you prices and options to go along with the floor plans you see here in the website. Select the floor plan you like to fit your space & budget. Choose the options you want from the options list and we can get it ordered for you.

Our low pricing will allow you to set up a brand new manufactured home in your park and sell it to get your space income producing. Some Park Owners will price the homes to break even and get a quick sale, while others will price them to make some money. Either way, the ultimate goal is to get your space income producing as soon as possible!

You may have a Dealer who places new homes in your park. Is it going well? Are they pricing them for relatively quick sales, or pricing them rather high because they have a captive audience? If it is working well for you, great. If not, let’s talk.
In most cases, we will be willing to stay on as your Dealer to assist in selling the new home. You will be the lien-holder on the original Manufactures Certificate of Origin (MCO) and we will still be the Dealer of Record. We will provide you with sales brochures and "for sale" signs as well as handle the paperwork and escrow.

We do not handle the set-up or construction, but can help you find the person you need to assist you.

However, as the owner, you can opt to change the rules, even on a temporary basis, and rent out the new home. Not only will you get a nice return on your investment, your security will be a tangible asset. The rent you charge will pay your return on investment as well as space rent. Down the road you can sell the home when the market is better. In most areas, the rental market is very strong, and your Park Manager will handle the day to day operations for you.
OR...
Sell the home on a lease option or with owner financing. Make a small profit on the home, get a great interest rate on your investment and get your space rent. Either way, you get your money out of risky investments and into something you have much more control over.
